I bought the insta-cling because I did not want to pay $30.00 at my local tint shop. I measured the width of my windshield using the paper backing, then I cut the film with those dimensions. I got a spray bottle, but one drop of dish soap in it. I then sprayed my windshield, and applied the tint. I should have gone easier on the soap and water because the tint has a hard time sticking if you use to much.
