Purchased two of these for Christmas gifts. One had no hole for the handle on one end. Drilled my own. The other had stripped threads on the lower handle. Re-threaded and made it work. Liked the grill and it's cooking benefits but, feel quality control should be better. Luckily any DIY handyman could refurbish to make usable. I'd suggest buying this in a store where you can inspect it first.
After extended use this summer I found that the regulator is faulty. No matter the setting it always runs on high. It also will not shut completely off allowing the gas in the cannister to escape. I expected more from a grill this costly. Much better performance from some of the $30 varieties.
