Seller does not accept products opened. How is one supposed to know what is in the box, let alone the quality of the product? If you purchase with good faith, you must accept that you are stuck with the product if you are not satisfied with the quality!
The product has flimsy straps that do not secure it properly. Perhaps for someone who weighs under 50 pounds. Not many drivers are in that weight range. I only weigh 135.
All it does is vibrate which made my legs and back feel itchy. I tested it out in the car and promptly put it back in the box with the intent to return it.
To ATTEMPT to return I had to go to their website. I was instructed to write an email requesting an approval number to approve the return. Then I had to download the return slip to fill out. I discovered then that they do not accept returns on opened packages!
My advice is to not use this seller but go to a store and see similar products available. I've seen similar products for less of similar or better quality.
I've been shopping on Amazon for over 11 years. I've never had a bad experience until I purchased from this seller.
Why does Amazon have a seller that does not stand behind its products?
