This mount is the worst on the market. It Rattles when a Pass is in it. It claims to hold Pass from other States it does not. It is supposed tp be mounted high so it does not block your view, then you can not remove your Pass it hits the ceiling in car. I am happy with ez pass holder. I have it from two years and I don't face any problem with my pass holder. It is very easy to use. I love it because of its all qualities like easy to use and remove , unbreakable , no risk of violation and much more..
