Ok, I don't think this really blocks that much heat or have I noticed much change in sound, but since I live up in the sticks; mice and other rodents that can get under my hood like to eat the stock hood liners (they went through 2, one each summer) Till I got very tired of it an put one more new OEM hoodliner in and then the dynamat over it, now no more problems. Yes I tried poison and traps too but the dynamat just works as the traps never did?
So I am happy with it, but cannot really say if it does what they say it it ment to do (reduce noise and hood temps???)Get more detail about Dynamat 11905 The Hoodliner 1 Sheet.
